But I did it and the crew that was assigned to do my windows was Wesley crew.i can’t find words to thank them enough for the installation they’ve done at my house. They were very professional from the start to the end of the installation, the crew covered my furniture, put drop cloths on my floors,double checked the measurements of the windows,walked me through the installation explaining about the trims the window levels the reveals every little detail.thanks to window world and Wesley crew you guys were great and I definitely recommend you guys.

- THTraci HedrickDec 16, 20251.0Update: Window World Management has called to apologize and get clarification and are making sure a situation like this doesn’t happen again. We have used this Window World twice for new windows and had such a bad experience last week. They never called, texted, or emailed to confirm our appointment so we called the morning of to see if they were still coming and they arrived earlier than the timeframe stated and it was only within 5 minutes of our call asking if they were coming that day, so we asked if they could wait out front for 10 minutes since we were letting our dogs outside and bringing them into crates, before 10 minutes were over we hear our dog barking at them in the yard and they had opened our fence and brought their ladder in, this is our friendly foster dog but if it had been a different dog that is very dangerous to just walk into our yard. Next, I hear our other foster dog barking frantically who was crated in the hallway downstairs and our dog was barking so I run downstairs while brushing my teeth and I don’t see at first why they are barking until I turn the corner and in my kitchen is a man and he scared me to pieces so I can only imagine how scared our dogs felt with a person in a hood and carrying a drill used our back door and came in our house trying to come upstairs without our permission while we were trying to get ready. I asked him to leave since he was scaring our foster dog who is scared of strangers in the house and he wouldn’t leave, I asked him multiple times to go out back and I’ll let them in the front door in a few minutes when the dogs are all put away and indicated for him to go out back please, no response and wouldn’t leave. I called my husband down and he asked him to go out the back door and we would let them in the front a in just a few minutes and he wouldn’t leave for multiple more attempts and finally he went out back. We tried to inform them of our experience during the appointment when a person called to check on how it was going a few minutes later, we let them know the issues and they told us a project manager would call us and they never called. This was such a huge liability issue, you cannot have people not follow basic instructions to wait a few minutes since they showed up with no confirmation and we only asked for them to wait 10 minutes, you cannot just walk into someone’s house without permission, this could have been a death sentence for our foster dog if they had bitten a person if we had not just crated him mere moments before and a huge legal issue.
