  Writing here to give a shout out to Wyatt of Window World! We recently got a quote to replace our windows and we were extremely impressed by Wyatt and this company. He is very personable and knowledgeable, and was SO helpful in answering the many questions we had about this process. Wyatt is very detail oriented and thorough, sometimes answering questions we didn't even know we had! He got back to us quickly with the quote and was immediately available to go over any questions with us. Very kind and respectful gentleman. They offer a great product, with competitive pricing. You really can't go wrong - call with confidence if you're considering window replacement! (Ask for Wyatt!)

  I couldn’t be happier with the window installation. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Gilbert and Gonzalo took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. The workmanship was outstanding, and it was clear they take a lot of pride in their work. The installation was done efficiently, the windows look fantastic, and the entire area was left spotless when the job was complete. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service the way they do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality window installation. Great experience from start to finish. 👍

  Had such an amazing experience with Window World and install team 9 under Richard. A family member raved about their experience and ours matched. Karl came out for an estimate and was wonderful, wasn’t pushy with only the most expensive products, was very thorough and gave us excellent advice to help us make decisions. I was expecting weeks to go by to get them installed, they were very quick getting everything ordered and setting up install. Team 9 came to install gave me a heads up call when they were on the way, were extremely efficient, kept things very clean, did an amazing job and somehow finished in 1 day. Richard checked in with me several times to ensure I liked how everything looked, showed me how to use everything, and was so wonderful through the whole process. What I expected to be a massive undertaking, was such an easy process. Would definitely use again!

  I really love my new windows, My first encounter was with the sales rep Keith Mosley. Super nice guy not pushy and not your typical salesman. He was a really down to earth nice man, which was a pleasure and I was pleasantly surprised by this. Then I received a few follow up calls letting me know when my windows would be in and if I had any questions which I also appreciated. Jason and Edwin, who ran the install crew arrived on time which was another pleasant surprise. They were very nice to work with and they did an excellent job. I had one major issue, and that was the mess. After all let’s face it is construction but, had I had known in advance that I was going to have a film of construction material all over my furniture I would’ve covered everything. I did ask about any mess that would occur and I was told that my house would be returned to me in the same condition as which I gave it to them. They did wear the little blue shoe covers, but that just didn’t cut it, there was still an overall mess. I reported this to Keith who went up the ladder and reported it to his superiors. I very quickly received a call offering to send over a cleaning crew. They were very apologetic and understood where I was coming from as I did send them pictures and they agreed that it was above and beyond more than just a little debris. I truly appreciated the fact that they were willing to handle the situation by sending a cleaning crew. All in all even with the mess, I love my new windows and I would definitely recommend Window World just be prepared lol !!! Thank you, Edwin, Jason and Keith for my beautiful new view of the lake. JF

  From first impression to final installation, Window World Atlanta — and specifically Shane Dailey — delivered an experience that far exceeded every expectation. Shane first visited in spring 2025. I wasn't ready to commit until early 2026, and when I reached out months later, he jumped right back into action without missing a beat. While I was traveling on vacation, he got the agreement over to me seamlessly. From green light in late January to full installation by end of February — with windows going into production in just 3 weeks against an 8-week estimate — the speed alone was remarkable. Shane's initial demo was thorough and impressive. He measured every single window, walked me through all available options, and came in with the most competitive pricing I found — beating out every competitor, including warehouse-sourced vendors like Costco. What set Shane apart wasn't just his polish and professionalism — it was his mindset. He never approached this as a sales transaction. From day one, he was focused on the success of my project and maximizing my investment, and that came through in every interaction. The installation had a few hiccups with the initial crew, but what truly sets Window World apart is how they handled it. I shared my feedback with Shane, and within a week Pedro came out and resolved every remaining issue with skill and professionalism. Aaron, the manager, also followed up personally to make sure I was taken care of — that level of accountability is rare. The results speak for themselves. The windows are high quality, easy to clean, and fit perfectly. When temperatures dropped to the teens after installation, my heat — which normally ran constantly — didn't run for two days. The drafts are gone, the old gassed-out glass is replaced, and the cleaner modern look without grids on my rear and side windows is exactly what I envisioned. Shane also took the time to share a bit about himself personally, and that human connection made this feel like so much more than a transaction — it felt like partnering with someone who genuinely cared about the outcome. Shane is the sole reason I moved forward with Window World, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Huge thank you to Shane, Pedro, Aaron, and the entire Window World Atlanta team.
