Once the lift arrived to the job site there was a leak which was unacceptable since this equipment was to be used on the interior of someones home. We were also provided no assistance on how to get equipment into the job site. When I decided to call this rental off less than an hour after we received it they were very unhelpful. They took almost a week before picking up the device that was sitting at our customers residence leaking on their garage floor. Once they finally picked up the device I received an invoice for the full amount of delivery and rental. I was shocked so I spoke with my sales rep and he said he would speak to someone about reducing the invoice. It took over two months before I was notified that they were going to drop my invoice by a small amount. Beware of this company they have a lack of knowledge and they could care less about resolving customer issues. I would use a more reliable well known company before them.

They were very helpful in figuring out which machine would be best for my project and their prices were much better than the two other local equipment rental places I checked with. I communicated with them primarily through email and they were very quick to respond (easily the fastest email reply's I've ever received from a company). Everyone was friendly and willing to work with you if your plans changed.
