  Matt, Rodney, and Fernando were fantastic doing the install on my 24kw Generac. They showed up early in the morning, were super professional and prompt, and had the job done before 2pm. The location was perfect right between some shrubs I had cleared out and the lines, transfer switch etc were all perfectly nice and neat. Lead Matt was also great walking me through the system and helping me set up mobile link. Thanks for a great experience guys!

  I was very happy with Premier Generators. They did great work and were on time. Communications with me were very good across the board. Matt; Trey, Rodney and Fernando were very professional and good to work with.

  I am thrilled with my new generator. I love not having to worry about electricity outages ever again. And the installation process went exactly as scheduled. Matt, Marcus, and Fernando did a great job. They were extremely friendly and professional. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

  When we decided to get a generator, we did our research and ultimately chose a Generac. But finding the right company to install it — and provide long-term service — was just as important as picking the right equipment. After reading countless reviews and asking for recommendations, one name kept coming up: Premier. From the start, we were impressed. Dan came out to the house and gave us our first impression of the company — and it was a great one. He was knowledgeable, walked us through the process, answered every question we had, and gave us a fair quote. Premier clearly understands how important it is to send the right person for that initial visit. Once we signed, we were contacted by Jessica, and wow — she was amazing. Incredibly organized, great communicator, and 14 stars worth of friendliness! She explained every next step, scheduled everything clearly, and followed up throughout. Her communication was always on point, and the project stayed right on schedule — just like she said it would. Installation day arrived and the crew — Matt, Troy, Rodney, and Marcus — showed up on time, got straight to work, and had everything installed by shortly after noon. If the city had been as efficient, it would’ve been finished that same day! Premier was right back the next morning to meet the city inspector (who, of course, was late). But once they arrived, the inspection passed within minutes — everything was installed perfectly and up to code. After the inspector left, a team member walked us through the entire system, explaining everything in detail and even recording a video tutorial we could reference later. And guess who called us right after everything was complete? That’s right — Jessica, with sunshine in her voice, just to make sure we were happy and had no questions or concerns. We’re thrilled with the entire experience and grateful for the peace of mind this generator brings — especially given how often we lose power up here. Premier delivered outstanding care and service every step of the way. Highly recommended!
