I referred them to a friend, who contacted them when their hot water heater sprung a leak, and they were also pleased with Pike’s service, repair and pricing. This time, I have a leak within my irrigation system so Pike did not do the repair. However, Carson found my leak. My phone call was returned even though I left a message after 5:00. A service time was scheduled the very next day, which I appreciated because I detected but could not find the leak. Carson arrived as scheduled. Thoroughly checked and determined where the leak was occurring. Even offered to check my toilets to ensure there was not a secondary issue.

He had useful tips of freeze prevention. We also went over some aspects of PEX installation as we are starting to develop pinhole leaks in the copper. A personable fella. I'll use Pike again. A+++
