When I work with him, I honestly believe he has my best interest in mind. They installed a mini split unit for me. The unit wasn’t working initially so they came back and corrected the problem. Good service is not when everything goes smoothly. You get Good service is when you have obstacles that have to be navigate it through. I called Freeman and his guys were out to fix the problem within 48 hours. I will definitely recommend him in the future. His number is on speed dial. Just to add one more compliment. We called Ragsdale Heating and Air to compare prices and their charge was three times more than what he charged me for the exact same job. He has good service and good value. I would highly recommend.
