They offer you lower pricing to be competitive but the service you get matches the low pricing. Go with a better company and save you and your residents a headache.
- JFJames ForbesFeb 19, 20261.0Just had a single window replaced and got charged $1100. I am on the 3rd floor and they said that's why it was so costly although a scaffold wasn't needed. Also my next door neighbors just had 2 windows replaced last year for the same price as my one. Better Buy Glass said AFTER I paid upfront that they offer discounts to seniors and military veterans. I am both a senior and veteran and they never mentioned that to me until after I paid and said it was too late for a discount and partial refund. I won't be using them again.
