The problem is that they refuse to have any interest in scheduling a service call to re-do the caulking/weather stripping installed on the stationary panel. I've tried by email, and by phone call. The polite assistant says that, "its up to the owner." Well, the owner doesn't see fit to service prior customers. I called for the same reason and the service call was ~$80. I guess this company has too much business to pay attention to such a simpler request. That's a shame. No way I'd recommend this company.
