The problem is that they refuse to have any interest in scheduling a service call to re-do the caulking/weather stripping installed on the stationary panel. I've tried by email, and by phone call. The polite assistant says that, "its up to the owner." Well, the owner doesn't see fit to service prior customers. I called for the same reason and the service call was ~$80. I guess this company has too much business to pay attention to such a simpler request. That's a shame. No way I'd recommend this company.

- DJDavid JacovJun 15, 20185.0Excellent service and great product, I followed one of their vehicle and call the number on the car, they picked up the call immediately and schedule me a free consultation for the same day, the guy showed up on time and provide me with information, couple of hours later a lady from the office called me with a price, I told her I’ll get one more estimate, she didn’t try to pressure me to close the deal but suggested just to follow up with me in couple of days needless to say, she called s day later and kept her promise to follow up, st that point I already knew that I will give them my business, we discussed the final details and schedule the installation, the showed up on time (again) and perform a flawless work, I am very happy with the results and they operate their business, I think many business should learn from them how to provide excellence value and great product, I will recommend this company to anyone I know, in fact, I have another project very soon, we’ll be in touch. Thanks.
