The gentleman who came today was very nice, came early this morning and checked the generator out. I highly recommend this company and Generac generators.

During the quoting process, Scott was efficient, informative and knowledgeable when he developed options for our system. Communication with Gaylon pre-install, date of install and post-install was impeccable - he truly cares about making sure the process is clear and meets expectations. The installation team was fantastic; they were courteous and meticulous, while even being mindful of landscaping. The install team took the time to conduct simple training to ensure we understood what to do and who to call 24/7 if we ever need support. Finally, Michelle in the office was extremely attentive and proactive to ensure we were satisfied. I’m grateful we selected Power Solutions Unlimited, knowing we’ll no longer have to endure lengthy power outages like we have in the past and I know we’ll be in great hands for years to come whenever we need service or support.
