They put in a new unit and thermostat and saved us from a miserable summer last year. Only thing is they never told us where the filter was located to change it out and when we called they said it was “probably” in the return vent but they never came in and put a filter in and our return has no filter. So for a year we’ve had no filter and don’t know where it is to put a filter.
