  Jason and assistant was very friendly and explained what we needed and what to expect when complete. We like the great customer service and keeping us informed as to what the cost and what they needed to do. They replaced our hot water heater quickly and had us back up with hot water! Thanks SPS plumbing.

  Plumber and technician were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem and propose a workable solution until we could get the pipe repaired at our convenience. Also contacted me to make sure everything went great. Would highly recommend their services!

  They responded rapidly to my issue and fixed it quickly! The commcation with both the office and the service workers was great and reassuring.   Erik & Grayson came out to troubleshoot a washroom water leak, & we were unable to duplicate it a 2nd time. Erik did see a possible culprit in the plumbing system & corrected that concern. Both were cordial & efficient! Thx guys!
