When I spoke to the owner, Jessica Chasteen, she was extremely rude and refused to help resolve the situation. I'm not the expert in this field, that's why I turned to this company. When I asked why the light on my water pump that was not previously flashing now is, she stated "I don't know" and wouldn't send someone out to even look at it. Poor company ownership, not worth the headache to work with. *Update* Jessica called me to say that she has contacted lawyers because of my review. I told her if from the beginning, had she simply had someone come to check things out instead of being so defensive, this wouldn’t have been an issue. Don’t disagree with Jessica! She’ll threaten legal action.
