- KNKittie NeilsonMar 29, 20261.0Unable to diagnose their own problems on the Condenser they installed, which was the wrong line and belonged to another home in my community. I was just a start. There were so many problems didn’t have enough coolant in the system so they put more coolant in and put too much in which created a valve Issue which they would not resolve I had to call in another company to diagnose the problems that they could not diagnose, which was their errors and the owner did not make it right. I gave him plenty of opportunities. I would never ever recommend this company, although they are friendly. They are not qualified technicians.
