THE HOME IS LISTED AS A THREE CAR GARAGE, BUT THE LARGER GARAGE THATS SUPPOSE TO HOUSE TWO VEHICLES, DOES NOT! THEY HAVE RELOCATED THE WATER HEATER IN ONE OF THE RESIDENTS GARAGE (HIS WAS BROADCASTED ON THE LOCAL NEWS COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE ONLY FIXING HIS GARAGE). OTHER RESIDENTS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE WITHIN THEIR GARAGE, AND THE PLACEMENT OF THE WATER-HEATERS. PREVENTING A SECOND VEHICLE TO BE FULLY PARKED INSIDE THE GARAGE. A PAST EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF TIMOTHY VERBALLY STATED HE WASN’T SURE IF IT WAS INCORRECT OR CODED CORRECTLY. NONETHELESS, HE IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH KNIGHTS/DRB. THE PLACEMENT OF THE WATER-HEATERS WITHIN THE GARAGE HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED. NOW AFTER TWO YEARS OF GOING BACK AND FORTH, WE ARE NOW BEING TOLD THAT WE INITIALED THE ACCEPTANCE OF SAID CONDITION OR PLACEMENT OF THE WATER-HEATER. WHY WOULD KNIGHTS/DRB HAVE A HOMEBUYER SIGN THE ACCEPTANCE OF SAID PROBLEM IF THEY DID NOT KNOW IT WAS WRONG? OURSELVES ALONG WITH OTHER GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY VETERANS LOCATED IN THIS COMMUNITY (TRADITIONS@CRYSTAL LAKE)ARE SEEKING CORRECTION TO THIS BREACH OF CONTRACT/BAIT AND SWITCH
