Told that they no longer carry that particular brand, because of issues with bubbling. Told someone would come and look at it. Then told nobody will look because it could have been hurricane damage. Insurance adjusters report with no damage in ty hat room. Then realized it was laid directly on concrete .Told they would come look. Again no response. So bought a product that they no longer carry, because of bubbling issue, had it laid improperly and they don't care. Are not standing behind their product or install work. Thought I was supporting a small business, but instead I get ripped off. Would definitely not recommend.
