  Great experience with comfort pro today. We had an initial consultation as we are considering repairing vs replacing our current AC unit. Timothy was extremely helpful with his assessment and recommendations. He was very thorough and walked me through our various options, and even caught some issues that other companies have missed. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. We will be using them going forward for our air conditioning needs.

  My outdoor unit went out. I made one phone call and Timothy B. the a/c tech came right out. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. He was upfront and honest every step of the way. Had me back up and running in no time. This will be the first call I make every time moving forward.
