- MSMatt SJul 20, 20243.0I rented a 500 gallon water tank with pressure pump on it. After filling it with 500 gallons of clean water, I connected my pressure washer to it. Apparently, there was so much debris left in the bottom of the tank that it immediately clogged the lines and the screen for my pressure washer, which makes it unusable and my project unable to complete after all of the effort to get a 500 gallon tank for the project to start with.. The tank should’ve been cleaned completely, and not full of brown gunk in the bottom that has completely clogged up my pressure washer. Note: This was initially a 1 star review. The Area Manager called me to apologize and understand what happened. Because of the follow up, I changed it to a 3-star review.

Then, after examining my statements found that they overbilled me for the same rental a month later. Went to corporate because of no help locally and still 7 months later waiting on a refund. Have been on this for 4 months. Service has always been slow and never called back when I needed help--locally and corporately. Too many others wanting our business to have to babysit these people.
