I just knew Tracey and his team will fulfill my expectations of how I wanted the end results to turn out, and did it every. It was helpful to have a computer generated 3-D of the end results. To finalize the computer generated 3-D, I attended the meeting to provide my choices I need to make. Tracey's team was great to work with, very polite and helpful throughout the build process. A big THANKS to everyone involved throughout the build process.

Tracey Tesmer answered the phone on the second ring and immediately set up an appointment with me to look at my house. After We got money/payment issues sorted out his whole crew showed up at my house and gave me a detailed plan about what would happen next. Charles took over that and during the process he called me just about every week for updates. He answered the phone just about every time I called and if he didn’t he returned my call with in an hour or less! My house which was built in the 40’s looks amazing now. They really made this place look like a new modern home. Sarah the interior designer was so helpful in helping me pick out colors, flooring, cabinets...etc. She even helped me out after the project was completed in picking out some furniture. If I ever need any type of work like this done again Tracey Tesmer will be the first phone call I make because I know it will be done right.
- KOKathy OatesFeb 6, 20175.0Tracy Tesmer and his subcontractors just completed a renovation of my master bathroom. It turned out beautifully. I really appreciate the General Manager, Charles Rogers. He always responded to my questions quickly and scheduled the different subs as smoothly as possible, even though this went on through Thanksgiving and Christmas. I even left the country for 10 days while they were working in my house! Everyone was polite, professional, and competent. Any problems were corrected quickly. Tracy had replaced all our windows several years prior to this job. We were pleased then and trusted him again. I would recommend his company to anyone.
