- MSMark Summers3 days ago3.0Windows are fine. but the company want stand behind contractors work. They put caulk in a crack on frame to cover it so when I was cleaning the caulk came out that’s how I found it. So I got to looking at all the windows and I found were the frame doesn’t meet correctly and got one window that was not caulked at all. Called and they said it’s not covered to get fixed but I could pay to have it done. So I recommend fine out who is installing the windows before you decide.

He even asked several times if the music he played was too loud. That was very kind of him. He was a bit late the second day but other than that we have no complaints. The windows look great and we can already tell, just two days later, a difference in temperature and outside noise. Plus, the style of the windows they put in goes with the style of the house. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as they arrive for your installation.
