Rented a gas dual disc grinder and when I got too the job the string to crank it up, called them and in 30 mins they had a tech out there helping me out. One of their workers even let me borrow a personal ratchet strap for the machine since I didn't have any and they didn't have any in the shop.

Hated to call him but him picked up and offered to have someone open the store or fix issue on Monday after the holiday and extend my rental to cover the inconvenience. I appreciated his willingness to answer a customers call on a holiday weekend and told him we would just wait until Monday. Sunbelt has developed a fantastic manager in Josh! Would recommend this location to anyone! Thanks again Josh!
