I waited a several months before posting a review to ensure the product lived up to what I was sold and it has performed better than I expected. The entire process - from choosing my windows, to finance, to install - was much easier than I anticipated. Like most, I dread dealing with sales professionals and as a woman even more so. It’s usually high pressure and less than transparent. Dealing with Jay was nothing further from that! He was courteous and respectful of my time and questions. I never felt pressured and I appreciated his candor. My questions were answered throughly which made me feel confident in my choice to move forward. He ensured I was comfortable with the product and financing before moving forward. Because of this, I believe I made the best decision for my home. I truly wish more sales reps were like Jay!!

The salesperson, Jay, used high-pressure tactics that I found inappropriate. This included repeatedly pushing for a same-day purchase after I had clearly said no. My wife, who was in the kitchen during the meeting, independently commented on the interaction as soon as he left, describing it as “like a timeshare.” The approach felt like the worst stereotype of a used car sales pitch: persistent pressure, repeated “what would it take for you to buy today” questions, and a series of forced choices designed to push a sale rather than inform a decision. Prospective customers should be aware that contacting this company may involve high-pressure sales tactics and a salesperson who does not readily accept no as an answer. This is unfortunate, because I did like the product and the design. With a less aggressive sales approach, I might have proceeded with the purchase.
