Before replacing the mainline, they tried to locate the leak (which was causing me to loose nearly 400 gals per day) for two hours the day before. Originally the appointment was setup for Thursday but they came early on Wednesday..

Not flushing correct, so they did the plunger thing and AFTER they said that they said, oh - if that doesn't work then call us back and well come do a hard water flush for $xx - if he had given me the hard flush option as an alternative before I paid 2 service calls, I would gladly have done the more extensive flush the first time - but it was not offered till he did the mickey mouse one and had finished. His guys were nice, but I would NEVER use this company again. - I saw the reply from the owner, and it is the correct company and yes the work was over 3 months, but I got a request to vote for them in best of hall - that was a hard no and a reminder that I needed to warn other people about this company
