Reliable Hearing and Air provided us with a great customer service advisor, Sam Hodge. Mr. Hodge did a thorough assessment of our major needs within our home.
As a result of Mr. Hodge, professional knowledge and expert advice, we purchased a new 65 inch, hybrid water heater for our home!
Also, Mr. Hodge conducted a free water analysis of our county’s public water. He answered all of our questions and provided expert guidance after conducting a free water analysis. Since, we were entering into our mid 60’s; getting water free toxins throughout our home to maintain our health, well being, skin, cooking, and bathing water needs, we purchased a reliable whole home water filtration backed with a lifetime warranty.
Well all I can say is no more bottled water and we will always have clean hot water when we need it. Most importantly, looking forward to an energy cost saving on my electric bill!
Again, thank you, Reliable Heating for sending Mr. Hodge our way!!! We appreciated the outstanding customer service from your business.

This is a honest review.
I am a family member to a lady that lives in Fayette County.
Reliable had been called out to begin servicing every 6 months her unit.
The original company tha tshe had it installed by;they moved to the area of Elijay,GA.
Owners son took over the business and started it up in the area where he lived. Father retired leaving the business to his son.
Realible had came out and did the service 3 times in 18 months.
Once every 6 month.
She called realible bc her unit, heater was not working;they sent the tech out, he was a person with little knowledge;it was obvious to us all when he was there conducting the check.
He came in and told my Aunt,Your unit has gone out and you will need to have another installed.
She was devastated bc this unit was not but 9 years old.
My brother from Tennessee, he's a retired heating air and plumber repairman, so he made a trip down to help her out.
Upon the nephews arrival and checking the problem our, it was as simple as a tripped breaker.
Their tech was a liar.
He flipped the breaker went back and changed the filter for herald was fine afterwards.
We have a very honest man my hubby and I know personally and she now uses him for her servicing every 6 month, twice a year.
She has not had any further issues.
Lightening had occurred the night before the unit stopped working and that is why the circuit had tripped.
REALIABLE IS A CROOKED COMPANY!

The old saying, “you get what you pay for” holds true here. By that I mean, yes it was expensive. But they did great work. Could I have found someone cheaper? Of course. But the cheaper you go with things like this, the more risk you take on. See below for full description separated by category.
Estimate/Salesman:
I called Reliable for an estimate on an entire new heat pump system because my old R410A single stage system died and was beyond repair. They sent someone the next day; Keith Toms. To describe Keith, he’s a Warner Robins area born and raised guy with the stereotypical middle GA accent, sayings, and mannerisms. Polite, funny, personable; somebody you can joke with and get along with instantly. He’s also a hell of a good salesman. So good, after I signed the contracts and he left I started to think to myself, “did I just get hosed on this deal?” The sticker shock still hasn’t fully set in. Make no mistake, this is expensive. BUT, the piece of mind that comes along with the CAAS “membership” really alleviates any HVAC worries for the next 8-15 years. If anything happens, it’s 100% on Reliable’s dime, including complete system replacement if necessary. No deductible, no gimmicks, just 100% coverage. They also do all periodic maintenance 100% included in the cost of the membership (including filter and UV bulb replacement). So yeah, the price is definitely a bit high. But what is piece of mind worth to you? Bottom line, the estimate went well. Keith was professional, thoroughly analyzed my current system, and gave me some options based on what I needed for the new system. He also followed up with me the next day, and the day of the install.
Installation:
This was probably the best part of the experience with Reliable. They sent their A-Team out here. Garrett Puckett and Nate (didn’t catch Nate’s last name). Garrett being the lead guy and Nate being the apprentice. Both guys were very knowledgeable and hard working. Can’t see Nate being an apprentice for long; he’ll be leading jobs in no time. Garrett inspected the old return and supply ducts along with distribution boxes to make sure the correct size ducts existed for the new system. He found a couple minor discrepancies and explained them to me in laymen’s terms so I could understand, and they fixed them so there wouldn’t be any issues with the new system running on undersized ducts. They prepped my staircase and landing/hallway with drop clothes before removing the old air handler from the attic. They wore blue shoe covers to protect my floors. And they cleaned up after the job was done. Nothing more frustrating than when somebody works on your house and doesn’t cleanup afterward, or tracks GA clay from their shoes onto your carpet. These guys didn’t do that. They kept it clean. They broke down the old air handler into pieces because it was too big to get down through the attic opening. They neatly stacked all the old stuff in front of the house. They carted off the old compressor and setup the new one, using the existing copper lines. I requested they use the existing copper lines if possible because I didn’t want an ugly giant conduit cover running up the outside wall of my house. So, they pressure tested AND vacuum tested the existing copper lines to make sure they were good to reuse. The entire install took about 5.5 - 6 hours from arriving at the house to departing after cleanup. Garrett explained everything about the equipment before leaving. He went over the Ecobee thermostat in great detail, explaining all the settings and options, how to connect it to WiFi, how to connect it to the phone app, etc. In total, I had a compressor, air handler, zone control box and wires, UV light, filter, supply duct, return duct, supply box, return box, drain pipe connection, drip pan, water detection, clog detection system, and two Ecobee thermostats installed. They did it all, and hauled away all the old junk. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work and professionalism. Like I said, the A-Team.
