They do not pick up garbage that falls out of garbage cans when they put it in the truck which makes the neighborhood looks horrible. I am looking into a new trash service. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.
- SISunny InorlandoNov 2, 20201.0Normal pickup day was Monday. Received a very unprofessional letter the Friday before saying they wouldn't be coming to our neighborhood anymore. They did us a favor if turns out, our new trash service is way better. The Mauldin guys never cared if the bin ended up in the street or flat on the ground or if the lid was left up when it was raining. The whole operation is unprofessional.

I also live off of Cove Rd as another reviewer here mentioned and they have failed to pick up the garbage for weeks in a row on time and when you call - it's basically that's too bad. They were very rude to me on the phone and I now see why they have a low rating on here. Do NOT do business with this company. The customer comes last with Mauldin - no apologies just too bad we didn't do our service for you even though you have paid for them.
