  We had a great experience with EnviroPro. We spoke with Kristen about needed mold testing done in our home, we weren’t sure exactly how the process worked. She explained everything to us and even sent us a email so that we would not forget what needed to be done to ensure our mold testing would be accurate. We weren’t sure exactly scheduled for the following week. Joe came out to our home and he was very nice and professional. He asked us what made us want to do the testing and we told him. While walking around our home with him, he pointed out things that could cause issues that we were not aware of. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to us what he had to do and that our test results would be ready the following day. We received an email from EnviroPro with our results (thankfully good results) and the office manager, Kristen called and went over the results and answered all of our questions. My mind is at peace knowing we are safe in our home and we’re happy to say that we would 100% use this company again if needed.

  We would highly recommend the professional work completed by Joseph Galpin. He thoroughly inspected our home using a variety of methods (visual, swabs, and air testing). We received the detailed 30+ page report three days afterward. If you’re in need of a mold inspection, definitely give EnviroPro 360 a call.
