  Mac and Son Plumbing are AWESOME. We had an issue in our community with our main sewer line and two connecting lines. Kerry and his team were thorough, professional, timely and respectful. They kept me informed every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had they addressed immediately. Kerry is as honest as you can get. I felt like I made a friend after the experience. Can't say enough good things about him or his workmanship. Kerry is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. I highly recommend Mac and Son Plumbing. Elizabeth Roach, HOA President.

  Kerry Mac was fabulous. He fixed a longstanding water runoff problem others had failed to remedy. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and exceeded all our expectations!

  We had a huge water line break outdoors last week on a Sunday. We contacted our regular plumbing people who could not work us in until Thursday. Decided to try Mac and Son after calling and getting a promise to come out that day. Very glad we did, Arnold was professional and quickly found our break, and replaced the bad lines. He had our water back on in a matter of an hour. Left the property looking beautiful. We have found our new goto plumbers.

  We had a bad water problem in our back yard. Five down spouts and runoff from our driveway was making a big mess at the bottom of a slopped area in our back yard. After looking at the area Kerry came up with an idea like a painter looks at a canvas!. He put in a French drain system, hauled in 7 dump trucks of soil and landscaped the entire area with sod and mulch. It is as different as night and day, very nice!!! He communicated well throughout the project, and made sure we knew what to expect and were in agreement on the outcome. We would definitely hire him again for any project.

  A few months after my wife and I purchased our home we had a major sewer line back up. My wife at the time was 8 months pregnant and we needed a fix, and fast. I put out a search with Home Advisor and was shown 3 different businesses. In all of this COVID-19 craziness, Mac and Sons was the only company to call me back. They came out two days later to scope the job and give me a quote. While plumbing is never cheap, they went above and beyond to make sure we would never have any issues with our sewer line again. Not only that, he went above and beyond and offered to grade some areas that were causing water to get in the basement, all for no extra cost. Kerry and Heather both were extremely kind and friendly and made sure that I was getting the fix I needed in a timely manner. The time frame was extremely tight and due to my wife going into labor the night before the job was supposed to start, Kerry brought in a few extra hands and worked late to make sure it was finished before we brought our daughter home. The point here is; when you have an expensive repair or replacement on your hand, as much as it hurts to put forward that money to fix it, having amazing people who treat you as family makes a world of difference. If you are just trying to find the cheapest fix, then my review can't help you. But when the cheap-o con artist comes out and makes it worse, give Kerry a call to get the job done right.
