I sat on hold the other day for 2 1/2 hours. For one part. I ended up having to get my sales rep to call somebody that he knew at Trane to order the part for me because they refuse to answer the phone. Just for them to answer the phone and give me some bull crap excuse and I can hear people laughing in the background having the time of their life. If you wanna play go to a playground. Y’all need to hire some people that actually know how to work. This is ridiculous. I just sat on hold for almost an hour for it to transfer me to a different store because Duluth did not answer the phone just for that store to not be able to help me and tell me I need to call Duluth Back. It is absolutely insane. This is clearly been an ongoing issue and no one seems to care. May you take a step back and look at your Google review reviews. If I knew of any anywhere else to get these Parts I would not ever call this store again.
