Mike drove to Athens on Saturday to obtain the additional flooring so that the contractors could pick up the materials and begin work on Monday. Mike’s knowledge of the products they sell is incredible. This is rare in today’s climate. I love that Mike takes the time to explain the pros and cons for each product I was interest in purchasing. We are pleased with our choice in flooring and the great customer service. Please check these men out at lumber liquidators in Duluth. You won’t be disappointed. They searched online inventory, called many stores around the country, looked in warehouse rooms, and they successfully found the materials for us! What a hard-working, helpful and amazing team! He had recently shared the experience he had with your company and I decided to visit. Your associate Kumba greeted my husband and I warmly explaining the different types of flooring, the thickness and basically how the process worked and showed us the wall of flooring to make our choice. I have had flooring company that came to give me price quotes on my floor, but this experience was different. Seeing touching and actually seeing the material that I would ultimately decide to be on my floor was a delight for us and Kumba made the process so much easier. She allowed us to take our time asking questions upon questions and was always available to answer my call and promptly returned them whenever I have left her a message. A great experience end to end. If you’re thinking about a new floor this is where you need to start and end your search.
