  Today we went into the Duluth,Ga location and met the salesman Mike. He introduced himself and so did we. Everything was well. He explained the displays as they were set up. We were attracted to the ad on TV and the website which there was a sale ending on March 17, 2026. So we picked out two samples and the salesman started to write up some estimates. As we were doing this process, we had picked a flooring in our budget. So Mike started and heads to the flooring we picked out. This flooring had a sales sticker on it that read 20% off, and so he calls over a coworker and speaks to him. Mike heads back to us and tries to break some bad to us stating that the sales price was missed labeled (basically false advertising). So he says he can't sell us the flooring at that price but could give us 10 percent off. The flooring was 1.19 on sale but 1.49 regular price per square feet. I ask to him to honor of the advertisement. So I basically said to him that for good customer service relations he should honor the price for the mistake that was made. His offer was to give the flooring to us at a price of 1.29. I insisted that it be the sales price that was posted. He refused. So me and my spouse asked him was that his final decision and he said yes. So we left the store. In my opinion this was a mediocre display of customer service and professionalism. I think they should have honored the posted price. Also, I used to be a salesman in retail and this was a common tactic used to get a customer to buy right away or to up sale another item, to which I felt like he was doing just that. Unfortunately we didn't make the purchase and felt like he tried to take advantage of us.

  I would definitely recommend lumber liquidators and particularly the Duluth store. The store manager Brandon did a excellent job in helping me out on finding what I was looking for.

  Kumba was fantastic to work with. She worked incredibly hard on our order and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. Her support throughout the process was excellent, and she was always responsive and helpful. You can really tell she cares about her customers. Highly recommend asking for Kumba!

  Mike and Brandon were great. Mike drove to Athens on Saturday to obtain the additional flooring so that the contractors could pick up the materials and begin work on Monday. Mike’s knowledge of the products they sell is incredible. This is rare in today’s climate. I love that Mike takes the time to explain the pros and cons for each product I was interest in purchasing. We are pleased with our choice in flooring and the great customer service. Please check these men out at lumber liquidators in Duluth. You won’t be disappointed. I wouldn’t rate the store/employees 5 stars if they were not fantastic at their job! Lumbar Liquidators are having a fantastic sale.
