- OOOnekaDec 4, 20255.0As soon as it got a little cold my heater stopped working. I called a company who told me everything was broke and to replace it. Thankfully my mom has been using Arcadia for years and told me to call them. And I’m so glad a did. Sarah was so nice and I really appreciated her promptness in trying to help me get my heater fixed. Mac and Avery came out the next day to inspect my heater. They were on time, very nice guys and were clear, patient, and honest with me about my heater. Luckily I only needed one piece fixed. Very impressed with their service and I hope to use them again in the future.
