Our mission is to install flooring that is focused on our customers’ lifestyle. K & M Floors is a true family business: Jason is the craftsman, Melissa runs the office, and the kids provided the name. K & M stands for Kaiden and Makayla – who, at 9 and 11, already say they’ll be joining the business one day. And that’s exactly the plan, affirms Jason. Like most great plans, it was birthed during a season of sudden adversity for the Drum family. Jason, a flooring and tile craftsman by trade, found himself without a job when the company he worked for in Douglasville folded under the economic weight of 2008. Rather than put their family’s fate back into someone else’s unsure hands, Jason and Melissa decided to launch their own company.

    After shopping several local flooring professionals, we chose K&M, and we have been so pleased with the job. It has been 3 months living with our LVP and we feel confident recommending them as your flooring installer, too. Chase was professional and informative on the front end, the office staff was extremely helpful during the decision process (it can be overwhelming and they helped narrow the scope), and the installer was an ARTIST really - very thorough and great attention to detail. I still marvel at how well he cut the floor around our fireplace hearth! Pricing was reasonable and fair. You'd be in good hands with K&M!

    Chase and junior were kind, knowledgeable and reliable. Relentless at problem solving. Their teams were amazing. We would recommend highly. We were comfortable with them in our home. Our floors are beautiful and perfect we will enjoy for many years to come.

    I chose K&M floors solely based on their reviews. I am so glad that I did. It was such an easy and seamless process. Chase was great to work with. I had a challenging work schedule and he was able to still communicate promptly. Once I made my decision it was a fast process from ordering the materials to executing the install. 10/10 would recommend.

    Love our new floors! Chase was the salesperson I worked with and he was super responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The installers were so fast and did excellent and masterful work. They were very respectful to the house as well, cleaning up each area after install. I didn’t have to do a thing! I had hardwoods put in 2 bedrooms and 2 closets, carpet put in a bedroom and closet, and a runner on the stairs. The materials are very high quality and the price was exactly what I wanted had expected! I have already recommended them to neighbors and family, and would absolutely use them again!
