  I bought a Premier Tall Ranch 10 by 12 Shed. They built it in 4 hours and cleaned the site. The crew were on time and very professional. Great experience will recommend them. It looks great. Very well built.

We were able to find the perfect shed size, customize it exactly how we wanted, and have it delivered with expert care. Tuff Shed provided solutions every step of the way — from the very beginning all the way to the moment the keys were placed in our hands. Our journey started with an excellent consultation with Ken Rambo, who helped us identify the right shed size and guided us through preparing our concrete slab. He ensured it was properly poured, cured, and perfectly leveled before delivery — his attention to detail and professionalism gave us complete confidence. Then came the delivery team — Shawn and Leo — and they were absolutely phenomenal. Despite rain, mud, and tight access to our backyard, they skillfully maneuvered the shed using their mule and placed it precisely on the concrete pad. They took their time to ensure it was perfectly seated, square, plumb, centered, and secure. Watching them work together was impressive — true teamwork in perfect sync. Shawn and Leo explained every step along the way, answered all our questions, reviewed the warranty and features, and even took photos to document the installation. They made sure we understood everything — and honestly, with Tuff Shed, there’s nothing left to do but enjoy it and put it to use. A big thank-you as well to Amanda from scheduling, who made coordination smooth and easy. This entire team went above and beyond.   Every step of the shed buying process (from browsing to installing) was STELLAR. Hanna got us started by listening to our needs and sharing a variety of options. Once we decided, She helped us outfit it with shelves and select paint colors. Unfortunately I didn’t go with her recommendations (for paint and ramp), and regretted both decisions. She knows her stuff, and we have just ordered a ramp. Everything Hanna told us, was what happened. On Monday Amanda called to schedule our installation, and on Wednesday the shed was installed. Amanda told me the team would call from Doraville office once the truck was loaded, and that’s exactly what happened. The install guys were friendly, competent and cleaned up every spec of everything. Everyone communicated well and were professional and friendly. Also want to mention that I emailed Hanna about 8 times, and each time she answered within minutes with thorough and helpful responses. Great experience every step of the way.

  Installation was quick, shed was nice communication was all over the place for a first time customer, wish things were more clear like if selling a shed with it being higher up, stairs and a deck should of also been quoted in the price as a courtesy, to get a response you would never know when you would get a call back if I would recommend would based off clear communication
