Builder Joe was patient with going over each nook and corder and addressed even small scratches! He was accommodating my time even on his day off. It was a well designed/built house with top notch quality. Fully satisfied with the purchase.

You can do anything and someone in the neighborhood sit in there vehicle and takes pictures and videos of your property and you. My son had his birthday party and his aunt parked sideways on the driveway they took a pocture of the top of the vehicle and said it was parked on the street and is charging us 80 dollars. And this is the second time this is happening they give you not one notice before they charge you eighter they just send any picture they like and you have to pay it.

The Community itself is located in a beautiful location and I am excited for my clients to live/raise their family there.
