  My ground floor toilets were not flushing for the last couple of days. I figured it was a septic problem so I called Prices yesterday and a very nice lady, who is very very knowledgeable, arranged for two people to come out today, the very next day. Lamar and Anthony came out and I found them to be very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and gave great advice. Unfortunately on my property my drainage field is saturated and with a wealth of experience that Lamar and Anthony had, plus him looking at the map that the county gave me of my drainage field, he could tell that the drainage field was too small and he could tell that it was too old and outdated and that type of system isn't even used anymore. Although replacing a drainage field is not part of the service of Prices (Which I knew going in) he recommended somebody who's been in the business for over 30 years that could handle the job. He even called that person to inform him on exactly what the issues were so he would be acutely told the story only one time and to be told the right way instead of me getting it all wrong if I had been the first one to call him. In the end, I had them pump out my septic tank so I could at least get the toilets working again, which they asked if I wanted it drained at all, given that it wouldn't solve the problem of the saturated drainage field. My point was that they just didn’t automatically do it and charge me for it. I gave them a go ahead and then I can now follow their advice after making an informed decision. I highly recommend this company for your septic tank services and maintenance.

  When it comes to items that can go wrong in your home that most people know nothing about I rank the septic system at the top of the list. With that said it leaves the customer in a very vulnerable position to trust who you look to for help. I can honestly say that Cody and Anthony came out and took a lot of pride in their work. The tank hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years and you could tell. They made sure the tank was washed out and cleaned before leaving. They also used their jet cleaner to clean out a blockage in our second bathroom. I’m so glad we found a company that still believes in treating the customer fairly and honest.
