- THTy HughesApr 2, 20261.0I’d leave a 0 stars if I could. What kind of construction supply house doesn’t carry pvc glue, Pliers etc. it’s the closest store to my job site in a fast growing county. I’m always told “they don’t carry it”. The guys at the counter are lazy and will literally watch you come in and stand there- stare at you. This isn’t an isolated event. I’ve been coming to the store for over a year and it is every single time. I said my guys and they get the same response. White Cap should shut the door on this branch or fire everyone in management and start over..

All crumpled, stained yellow and MANY were broken at the ends. I phoned today to get a refund and was told that the store would not refund me and to call a 1-800 number. I did many times, was always put to voicemail and after requesting a callback, I did not get one all day. They obviously do not care about customer service in any way, to send me a used product passed off as new and in the condition they came in is a joke. Then to refuse to rectify the situation adds insult to injury. What a sham
