  Had them out to my house twice before, once to drain tank then again to repair drain field for $3800 in Feb 2024. They said we are good for another 5-7yrs. less than 2 yrs later tank is overflowing clear water from lid so had them out to pump for $150 but they said on site that its too full of water and its $530 now. Told me my house is draining water into the tank and I don't know what to look for when I said no it's not, I've checked. Turns out the drain field they fixed was draining back into the tank. The didnt do a full tank empty but said the poop on the bottom of the tank was too hard and were only throwing around the plastic hose without a tube on the end to direct it. Never stirred or broke anything up to remove. They ended up dropping the 4 ft lid into the tank and then knocked a crap load of dirt back into the tank trying to get it out. I will never use them again and will actively tell anyone about my experience. Oh and with the bill they sent a estimate of $10,000 to fix the drain field again. The email address under contact us is invalid. They don’t want to hear about complaints. Time to take them to small claims court.

  Michelle was amazing. She understood exactly what my problem was and was able to help me set up for a tech to co.e put and provide an estimate. The dispatcher was in contact fast and she was nice as well. Kelvin the tech that came out was super knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue and provide different solutions. Overall great teamwork used by all parties involved and great experience. Thanks Michelle for the insight and overall great experience.

  One of the worst services of 2025 My family was scammed by this person causing a terrible depression. I requested a regular cleanup aprox 400$ for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) the frequency to clean our septic tank it’s about 6 years. We are always ahead and keep the service very 4-5 years. They showed up late while I was taking care of my kids they made me sign the iPad and instead of charging 400$ they charged around 4,000 dollars! Money We worked so hard to get it was gone. We reached out multiple times but they didn’t respond our calls or emails. Please do yourself a favor, call a small owned company instead and get the service of a fair price.

  Started with a 250 cleanout fee for a septic tank but ended with a 700 dollar fee. The tech Max started the work before even telling me that I was being up charged by 350 dollars for "A thick layer of poop on top." The techs had to break through what they said was a solid layer of poop with their metal pokers which took no time. When finished, he than told me that due to the thick layer of sludge, that I needed to get my system cleaned out with their pressure washing and "chemical" treatment that they put in the system. This cleaning treatment was 4000 dollars. I was shocked that I would be charged this for work that had nothing structurally involved. I refused the extra service and the tech proceeded to tell me that my system will fail in less than 8 weeks when the tank fills up. The pressure I felt in this moment to buy was intense. It's like the more I said no, the more scare tactics were said. I did not do the extra service. I plan on getting a second opinion in 8 weeks when I get another pump out by another company. If your planning on using this company, you can expect to pay way more thank quoted over the phone.

  We had our toilets and bathtubs backing up last night, and dealing with that on the last day of the year was definitely not fun. We called RooterPLUS this morning and they scheduled us for a service between 10am-2pm. They promptly called us ahead of coming and 2 technicians came to assess the issue. Max and his colleague were very friendly and helpful. Max thoroughly explained what was going on and they were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much to Max and the entire RooterPLUS team for helping us out right before the New Year. It was truly appreciated! Wishing you all a great 2026 - happy holidays!
