  The experience started with a phone call to RooterPLUS on a late Saturday afternoon. I noticed that my clothes washer drain pipe has started to backup. This being the lowest plumbing fixture in the house I strongly suspect septic tank restrictions. So we shutoff all water and I did a quick online search and saw the ratings for RooterPLUS. Hannah answered my call with kindness and professionalism. She arranged for a technician to come out the very next morning (Sunday) at 8am. Steven arrived as scheduled fully prepared. His skill level was tops as well as his personalty and demeanor. He was patient and explained everything in the process. I enjoyed our conversations and felt comfortable with his assessment. He worked quickly efficiently and was thorough in-spite of my "supervision" LOL. I did not price shop but the reviews indicated people were happy with the results and that counts a lot. I suspect the prices were fair, I got the value for my money. All in all I went from water less to fully repaired with everything back as if nothing was disturbed in approx 19 hours from a Saturday evening to a Sunday by 11 am. That's outstanding service and value. Thanks Tracy

  I called RooterPlus to pump my Septic Tank because I had issues with my toilets draining. I called a plumber, thinking it was a "clogged" problem. The plumber told me it may be a septic issue not a clogged issue. When RooterPlus came out Rob inspected the Septic system and he asked me some questions to properly assess the situation. He then told me my septic tank does not need pumping and that I may have a leak somewhere and to call back the plumbing company and have them perform a leak inspection. I appreciate he honesty, professionalism and kindness. He could have simply pumped my tank, charge me and be on his way. But he did not. In fact, he did not charge me for anything. Should I need any septic service in the future, I most definitely will be calling RooterPlus. Thank you Rob!

  Had an emergency situation with the main water supply line to our house. Had to shut off main water valve until fixed. Called their emergency number late on a Friday and they were very quick to respond. Set up a plumber to come out right away. Steven Kemper was our plumber and he was wonderful. Very polite, respectful coming in and out of our house, personable, and our dog loved him. He was great in explaining everything he saw after the evaluation. Communicated clearly our options and pricing. Once we selected a plan for fixing. He projected that it would take 4 hours but with his efficiency and experience he completed it in 2. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing issue. Wonderful customer service at a very stressful time.

  ⸻ I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with Rooter Plus. I called them because of a horrible smell in my home. They came out and said it was a septic issue, which cost me $2,400. The smell continued, so they came back and said the problem was my toilet and that a pipe needed to be resealed—another $500. After all that, the issue still isn’t fixed. I’ve now spent nearly $3,000, and all I keep hearing is, “We can only suggest what might be wrong.” As a single mom on a tight budget, this has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I expected professionals to identify and solve the problem, not keep guessing at my expense.

  called this company after seeing their advertised offer of $150 for a 1,000-gallon septic tank cleanup. I prepared everything in advance — even removed deck boards for access — so the job would be simple and quick. Has a riser and simply needed pumped out. When the technician arrived, he said my tank was “excessive” (it wasn’t, just filled with what septic tanks are filled with). Then I was told the cost would actually be $600, four times the advertised price. He said most companies charge 500-600 so that was the going price to which I responded then why advertise the $150? Id rather support a business who is upfront and transparent. nothing was abnormal for this job, and he was trYing to find a reason to get the price up basically to which the only thing mentioned was too much to pump apparently. When I asked about the $150 offer, the tech admitted that almost no one ever gets that price unless their tank is only half full and mostly water — which makes no sense for a septic cleaning. I even offered to pay double ($300) just for convenience, but he refused. If the company never honors the advertised rate, it’s misleading and unfair to customers. This was a clear bait-and-switch promotion, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
