  This team did a terrific job installing new basement lighting! It looks amazing and I am so pleased with the quality of their work (and reasonable pricing). They showed great attention to detail and efficiency. I will be a loyal customer for new projects in the future.

  I literally cannot say enough good things about this business. Seriously, if you are looking for chimney experts that also have A LOT of knowledge about home construction then you found the right people. I was in a unique situation where I needed a chimney expert who could also help me evaluate what was also happening to my wood floors and structure around my chimney. I had done a ton of research and just didn’t feel comfortable with the other options out there because I needed expertise and advice on both issues. Adam and Eric did an absolute wonderful job of explaining everything to me and making sure I fully understood what my underlying issues were and what I needed to do to get my problems taken care of. What I needed done was a chimney cap installed and my utility flu completely re-lined. Then since I had rotting subfloor due to prolonged exposure to moisture from my uncapped and clogged chimney flue, they suggested I get flooring experts in AFTER they finished their work so that my floors were protected. Now that the work is complete, my floors are looking great AND zero moisture issues. I am really lucky I found these guys and will 100% be a repeat customer. So, if you are looking for a great company to fix your chimney issues then look no further.

  Great team led by Adam. Total replacement of the fireplace from the inside out. They listened to our ideas (good and bad) and offered excellent advice while I "experimented." Rolled with the schedule as we chose stones, mantel, and hearth that were all on "back order." Hit the holiday deadline and budget. Even the kitty (she doesn't get full power) was very pleased. Next up for them is the bathroom remodels.

  First off, let me say that I do not normally post reviews, if they did a good job I advices them. So...with that said. there is new ownership from when I purchased my fireplace dec 2024 from Lucky Cricket. I have had a number of service calls with the old owner for our new fireplace since it was was installed, intermittent start issues. I called up and found out that Adam has recently purchased the old Lucky Cricket chimney Cleaning something? don't remember the old name completely. during the recent ice storm (1/31-21/26) I could not get my fireplace to start. Adam and Eric came out, inspected my installation and determined everything looked OK. found out, that when you replace the remote batteries and the fireplace batteries, you need to re establish the communication link between remote and Fire Place (FP), I did not do that specific task they inspected the FP, checked system setup and re-established comm link, they did add some stuff to make the fire look more realistic (nice job) I have since tested the system at least 6 times and everything is working. ultimately it appears that it was operator error in configuring the system to communicate. NOTE: when changing batteries yearly, you need to re establish the comms between the (2) two devices. follow the mfg's procedures for this operation. thank you Adam and Eric for doing this and we appreciate your Professionalism as we were not familiar with that procedure

  After my parents received a few high quotes from other companies that felt unreliable and overblown, these gentlemen were a breath of fresh air. They were honest, straightforward, and explained exactly what needed to be done with no unnecessary upselling and no pressure. The work on the chimney was done efficiently and at a much lower cost than expected, without cutting corners. It’s rare to find contractors who bring this level of integrity and real value. Highly recommend.
