- BDBo DavisAug 4, 20251.0BFS is not interested in selling JELD-WEN windows. Our new home has JW windows. We just added a 3 season room and wanted JW windows to match the existing. Our contractor tried for over a month to get info on pricing to order the windows. BFS would not return the call. It took calling JE to force them to respond with a call back and pricing. It actually took 6 weeks to get the windows ordered. Does that sound like a company that wants your business?

There was plenty of room next to their semi and was told to leave and go across the street to the fairgrounds and when I drove in the gate, there was a sign that said “no tractor trailer parking”. I’m pretty sure that I’m going to get run out of here with nowhere to go.
