Mr.Dirk is sure to make you feel comfortable and interactions with him are smooth like butter! I highly recommend him and his team!! They also were able to find me a lift that is in high demand with only 3 days of notice. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Rental provided had safety sensors so sensitive the workers took 3 hours to drive to the location needed. Only able to complete half the job equipment was rented for due to the machine sensitivities. Rented one day, left for timely pickup, location charged my credit card double what the rental contract stated. Emailed and had a call for resolution, double charges were a week ago and still on my credit card.

He put me in touch with other branches to find exactly what I needed and even called ahead to let them I was calling for information. He is now my point of contact for all my rental needs because I know he will for sure go above and beyond to get me what I need or direct me personally where I need to go to get it, thank you Josh and herc rentals you all have been great.

They did not go to pick up their lift and did not call me . they waited two days later and called if I still needed the lift and went ahead and charged me for two days instead of one. I will never rent anything from them anymore. They don't clarify their rental conditions to you properly.
