Her English was limited so I booked an appointment for her. I spoke to a friendly lady and she explained to me the process, estimated price, and a timeframe on the team’s arrival. The guys came out the next day. Friendly and affordable! Great communication with the team. You can’t put a price on quick, reliable, and effective. Thank you for the great customer service. We highly recommend this company. We received a call a hour prior, emailed receipt with details of the job plus lots of pictures. Yes, pictures!! I am so impressed with Bowen’s Septic Service. Thank you to the 2 guys that helped my mom. She stopped traffic for you all. lol. She knew you guys were GREAT!
