  I have been dealing with Bowens's Septic for about 3 years. They are spot on with the service they provide. Shoutout to the Bowen crew and the technician’s! They are friendly, funny, fair, proactive, and just do wonderful work! But Ms. Ginger, hands down, she’s the best…. I can’t speak on her enough. Thank you Bowen Septic and Ms. Gingy Pooh!!!

  Bowens is Fantastic, I am retired Military ( 1986-2007) and I look for things like one-time, communication, pricing, professionalism and attitude towards questions being asked about Service Work being performed....they " NAILED IT", you are invited to the picnic.

  David and his partner (I failed to ask for his name) came to pump my septic tank. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and educated me a bit on how the septic system works. They didn't push me for additional services amd told me my tank is in good condition. David even shared with me how he takes care of his own septic tank. He didn't tell me what I should do with mine. When prompted by me, his partner gave me recommendations on how I should take care of my septic tank. Once the job completed, they sent me an invoice along with pictures of before, during, and after service (of the tank and the surroundings). If I weren't home, I would know exactly what they did. I am very leery when working with service providers on home care. However, I don't feel that way about Bowen's Septic. Full disclosure: my family is a repeating customer for over a decade. However, my husband worked closely with them previously. This was my first time interacting with the company.

  We extend our sincere gratitude to Kyle and Kem (we hope we have their names correct!) for their excellent work in repairing our septic system this morning on Pleasant Valley Road. We had been without plumbing since Sunday evening, awaiting our rental company's arrangements for the septic tank. However, as soon as these gentlemen received the call, they promptly scheduled us and arrived without delay. They performed a remarkable job and left our property in pristine condition. Their conduct was highly respectful and professional, and they maintained clear communication regarding all necessary information. Furthermore, they skillfully managed to preserve our fiber optic wire, which was discovered to be in the path of their work. We are truly and eternally thankful for their service.

  Kyle and Ken(I do believe that was his name) were very professional and answered all my questions. They pumped our system quickly(faster than I expected). I hate that they had to work out in the rain but I appreciate them taking care of all our issues. Thank you Bowen's Septic Tank.
