  Always a pleasure to support this business. The place the septic tank when my home was built & I only use them. No major problems because I keep scheduled maintenance & follow house toilet rules. Workers are friendly & answers all questions. I’m a forever customer.

  I've used this company religiously over the last two decades and they have been nothing but spectacular! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No upcharging customer friendly and they know all their stuff when it comes to septic, maintenance, repair and longevity. My home is in the lake oconee area where everything having to do with homes is inflated so this is a company that will service the area and save you money wherever they can and keep your system running beautifully. Great experience all around!

  Excellent job from A-to-Z. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I had just spent a lot of money, planting sod and when they were finished, it looked like it had never been touched. I recommend them to anyone.

  I recently had Bowen’s Septic & Plumbing work on my septic system and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was exceptionally great starting with Miss Shannon answering the phone & helping me with all my questions to (Dylan & Isreal) being very professional, they arrived on time, and did a thorough job. They clearly explained what was needed and finished the work with minimal disruption to my yard. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days. I will definitely be using them for all my future maintenance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I wrote a 5 star review. I have since removed it. Come to find out the two men that came out and never actually introduced themselves or sent the invoice they promised didn’t actually pump my septic tank but they did take the opportunity to smoke. They removed water through the access port no solids were pumped out. They did mention that they would need to come back out for more work and quoted me 2500to come back out “pump” out our tank again and hydrojet and add enzymes. I have a guy here right now- alone- not a team - who has already gone above and beyond for a fraction of the cost. I posted my first review just so there is proof I am not just coming in here with a story. What I was so happy with in my original post was the fact that I gave them $60 too much and I was able to go to the shop to pick it up. They were sociable yes but they didn’t do the job they said they did and were paid for. I no longer recommend.
