During the initial visit, the workers claimed they lacked the necessary tools for cutting through concrete in a windowless bathroom. On the second visit, the situation worsened. Without inspecting, drilling, or assessing the depth of the concrete, they began cutting, only to realize their tools couldn't handle depths of 12 inches or more. This led to suggestions of additional tools and costs, leaving me to foot the bill for incomplete work. Despite presenting themselves as concrete specialists, they were ill-prepared for the task at hand. I ended up paying approximately $600 for a messy job, incomplete results, and unnecessary damage to my concrete floor. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service and outcome.
