  I want to start by thanking Mister Sparky for such a quick scheduling turnaround. Mr. Bradley Stewart was absolutely outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident in the work being done. His expertise and positive attitude really stood out, and the feedback he provided was extremely helpful. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and taking care of his customers.   I called Mr. Sparky for them to replace a bad G.F.C.I in my garage and to take a look at my breaker box to see if they could troubleshoot why one of my switches kept tripping. Darrence Evans and Rafael Hogan showed up at my house on time. Darrence (a very visual person with a keen sense for detail) noticed something besides the issues that I brought up that I hadn't noticed. He pointed out to me that someone had cut my outside grounding rod and removed the pole. I could see exactly where the cut was made and I had been walking past it for years not knowing it had happened. Luckily for me, I had Darrence to explain to me the significance of getting the main grounding system installed and adding the two pole breakers. He and Rafael went to go pick up the supplies they needed to do the jobs and came back right away and took care of everything. I even got a courtesy call from Darrence a few days later to ask me if everything was working properly. That really stood out to me. You would be hard pressed to find people that would follow up with a phone call after a job is complete and does courtesy like that nowadays. The work that they did fixed the issues that I was having. Darrance and Rafael are two professionals that know their stuff. Many thanks.

  Bradley is incredibly knowledgeable and honest I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home wiring. He provided excellent and reliable service. He tested our home safety, changed smoke detectors batteries to include wiring for our AC unit. I would highly recommend those technician and company. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help with our home today.

  Darrance and Ralph were extremely prompt and courteous, fixing up two wall outlets for me and installing an outlet for my garbage disposal, all within about an hour and a half. I was very happy with the both of them, and their work!

  Darrence was very professional and friendly. He explained his process in detail before he began and throughout the fix. The diagnostic was a little expensive but great service overall.
