    My technician first let me know he was on the way. From his arrival, he was transparent and informative with the maintenance he preforming and detailed what services I would expect in the future. I am very appreciative for the recommendation to call this company and their services they have provided.

    Had two technicians from ISI come check out our HVAC. First guy quoted us for some ridiculous fix and then second guy we had come out didnt even check anything and took the first guys word for it. To verify I had a separate 2nd and a 3rd companies opinion come out and both of those companies called BS on what ISI was trying to quote me for. My HVAC is now fixed and did not require the absurd price or replacement ISI tried to charge my family. This company is either dishonest or just plain inexperienced. Go somewhere else for honest HVAC work.

    We had an A/C motor replaced. The two technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. Both were very polite and cleaned up after the work was done. We give them two thumbs up and five stars. Thank you.
