Wednesday this week when I called, someone answered and the guy who did my quote took the phone. I reminded him, I’d been waiting 7 days for my quote, he was like, I never sent it? I was like no. Anyways, I needed to call back to arrange what we needed…never got anyone on phone after that Wednesday call after the 5th time and leaving a voicemail, We moved on.

Stanley, the crew leader, was very professional and listened to what I wanted and they completed the whole job in less that a week including a whole day of rain. The drive gates they built are rock solid and awesome. Also, Ashley was very courteous and helpful to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. I will definitely recommend United Fence Company to anyone. Thanks Moody for quality professional work and great customer service!
- RGR GloreSep 12, 20161.0Their communication leaves a lot to be desired. Ie: They do not. My fence LOOKED good and I initially gave them 4 stars. A month after they put up my fence, I had to renail the 2x4s. After doing this in 3-4 spots multiple times (I think the nails they used were too short) I called and asked them to come fix it. They said they would come out following week, when I called them they stated, " we said we would CALL you back in a week." WHAT? Had another 250 ft of fence I needed done. Hired THE FENCE DOCTOR, who did an AMAZING job. Much better quality, better price...simply better. I finally got a call back from United after 4 weeks. The Fence Doctor had already fixed their crappy work, for free.
