  No good communication. Tried 5 times to get someone to answer, I even left voicemail. We moved on to someone else. Wednesday this week when I called, someone answered and the guy who did my quote took the phone. I reminded him, I’d been waiting 7 days for my quote, he was like, I never sent it? I was like no. Anyways, I needed to call back to arrange what we needed…never got anyone on phone after that Wednesday call after the 5th time and leaving a voicemail, We moved on.

  Moody and his team did an awesome job on my fence, I am glad that I chose United Fence Company and I am very pleased with the work they performed. Stanley, the crew leader, was very professional and listened to what I wanted and they completed the whole job in less that a week including a whole day of rain. The drive gates they built are rock solid and awesome. Also, Ashley was very courteous and helpful to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. I will definitely recommend United Fence Company to anyone. Thanks Moody for quality professional work and great customer service!

  I am very upset with their customer service. I was in the business 1 month looking for some particular fencing. They said they were about to get some in and would call me. 1 month later, I had not heard from them so I called back and was told they had some but just got rid of what they had but they could call me when they got more. I already waited and you didn't call when you got some. Terrible customer service!!
