Once met at the desk by Alyse Bowman, And I have to say first impressions mean everything. She was very unkind and consistently pointed out my lack of knowledge of flooring during our conversation. There are other options to shop for flooring, and I will not do business here due to Her Very poor communication skills and lack of customer service.
