Once met at the desk by Alyse Bowman, And I have to say first impressions mean everything. She was very unkind and consistently pointed out my lack of knowledge of flooring during our conversation. There are other options to shop for flooring, and I will not do business here due to Her Very poor communication skills and lack of customer service.
- THTammy HughleySep 22, 20231.0I went to BFS to get them to design the cabinets for my kitchen renovation. Instead of buying the less expensive boxed cabinets from big box store, I wanted professional assistance. Once the cabinets were installed and the countertops were in place, we discovered they only allowed room for a 30 inch refrigerator!! I called them to come out and see what they could do. They suggested putting the refrigerator in my dining room! I had already purchased a standard size refrig and had to swap it and pay more money for the smaller one. I asked if they would reimburse me the diff and they said they would get back to me, but never did. Maybe they're great with contractors, but if you're a homeowner looking for professional assistance with cabinet design, I don't recommend BFS!
