Due to some unseen damage after they began work, I was informed of the the additional materials needed and addition cost before work continued (I was informed of the potential for this during the walk around when the estimate was given). I am very pleased with the work that was done.

I contacted them because of the 5 star reviews and the website gave you a ballpark of pricing. So I requested a quote and Bill immediately followed up. We met in person so he actually thoroughly inspected the roofs and sent me a very detailed quote and we went over it. It was a big project with new roofs as well as exterior repair, so I got other quotes, but because how communicative they were, at the end I felt more comfortable with Bald Eagle. They showed up on time, finished job on time, with excellent workmanship. If you want peace of mind, go with them.
