  Emily Cox here. I cannot say enough good words about Chris Motes and his crew. Chris saved us $6,600.00 today. Roto Rooters quoted me $7,200.00 for a job that Chris proved could be done for $600.00. Thank God my boss knew Chris and thank God Chris is the real pro and an honest man!!   Had water backing up into floor drain from Septic. They were able to send someone out same day to pump the tank on a Friday. Had to get permit for Septic repair and luckily they were quick, Chris came out Monday with options for repair unknowing until dug up. Had Billie come down Tuesday and dug it unclogging and replacing a rooted line. Billy was great and very knowledgeable making necessary repair and not trying to oversell anything. I appreciate Chris' urgency in helping me with a tight timeline, and Billy's professionalism.

  Great experience all around. From calling to get quotes, scheduling the appointment to actually getting our septic tank pumped. The two guys that came out were really nice and respectful. Would highly recommend!!!!

  Got to us quickly when we had problems and didn’t have any issues despite our septic being buried where we put the pig pen. The pigs said they had excellent pig side manners.
