  Just had my service call for my HVAC. CONNER was just wonderful. So personable and kind. He was also a great communicator of all the issues so that I could understand what is needed. He was just awesome!!

  Justin Cooper did a great job for the SuperTune inspection/service. I highly recommend if you need your HVAC worked on in Cornelia!

  Justin showed up on great timing and was patient to explain the things needed for the future and what to look out for. Very knowledgeable and back office was very kind in scheduling proper time.

  We found out about absolute climate control due to an emergency, which is probably how most people end up finding contractors. A side effect of that is usually that you can't guarantee what kind of service you're going to receive! However, we were very pleased with the technician who came over and helped us that day. He was clean, pleasant and polite, as well as efficient. As a part of that service call, we signed up for a deal which gave us a discount on our first service. To be honest we forgot that we were due a free check up on our system and nearly a year went by. Someone from the office kept contacting us to take advantage of that free check up And so, even after nearly a year, we were able to call and they still were willing to honor that deal. Today's visit from their technician, Trey, was another pleasant experience. We did not feel pressured into anything, and found out a lot about our unit that we didn't know. He also explained the differences between REPAIR versus replacement, was very professional, polite, and again efficient. Thank you guys for running a business that believes in the integrity not only of its reputation, but of the individuals who work to maintain that integrity. It says a lot when the employees are happy to work for a company.

  Absolute , is the perfect name! The do absolutely what they say they will do. I needed a new whole home HVAC system. I called a major company to come out. They had a good price, but fail the disclose that the financing was a rental, and if you paid it full it was $700 to pay off up front. Not to mention that if you financed there was a pay off in the end. I called Absolute! They came out Bryan, a manager was very though and knowledgeable. No crazy stuff. The office staff Joni, was super awesome. The guy sezar and Brent knew their trade and and preformed it spectacularly. They were informative and cleaned up! This company is who you want installing or maintaining your home! Andy Hyde
