  I cannot recommend this company enough. About a year ago, we had costly, unavoidable issues with both our AC units, and their technician, Jackson, was fantastic—he broke down the costs and helped us make the repairs affordable. Fast forward to a recent maintenance call during an incredibly tough time in our personal lives. Audrey called to schedule, and when I explained I was dealing with a family emergency (my mother in ICU), she didn't just treat me like another number. Her compassion and empathy truly touched my heart. She worked out a better time for us, and—even better—Jackson was our returning technician. Both of them have been an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want professional, honest, and kind HVAC service, this is the team to call!

  I had an excellent experience with Absolute Climate Control! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about providing top-quality service. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.   Jackson Davis came out for an emergency recheck when our AC switched to heat out of nowhere. The unit had been running completely fine, so we knew it had to be something random. It absolutely was, and he was able to fix it in no time, replacing old parts with new ones so it won’t happen again. We appreciate Jackson & his team at Absolute, and we recommend them for fast and reliable service.

  We set up a consult through Home Depot for a hvac tune up and duct clean out. We opted to get the ducts cleaned and that was best decision ever. They didn’t just clean the ducts, they took off the vent covers and washed them. I can tell a difference in the air quality and my ac is working so much better. Haysden and his crew did phenomenal work. So impressed

  Very impressed with the professionalism of the Technicians!!! Very thorough and knowledgeable. They even called on the way here to ask if there were any "parking restrictions" so we didn't get blocked in by their vehicle, which I'd never had any company do before and greatly appreciated because we usually end up getting blocked in by work vehicles. Can't say enough good things about this company!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. FINALLY an HVAC company I can trust that actually DOES the work they charge you for and say they're going to do. Found out that previous EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE work I'd paid thousands for from another HVAC company wasn't even done. None of it. Not even the filter changes, found filters thrown in HVAC closet and old filters still inside the unit. If you've had the same issues in the past with other HVAC companies charging for work they didn't do or constantly finding expensive issues just to get more money out of you but after thousands of dollars nothing is ever "fixed" then you need to call this company!!!
