Ordering the door opener was quick and easy and it arrived the same day from the chosen vendor. Scheduling with Georgia Garage was easy. They initially had us about 2 weeks out but I asked them to put us on will call list if a slot opened up earlier. One did and they were able to send a technician within a week. Russell installed our door. He called to let us know he was heading our way and told us how far away he was. He arrived on time. He inspected our existing door setup and saw that everything was in order for him to proceed. He gave us an accurate estimate on how long it would take him finish the work (uninstall the existing opener and install the new one). He worked steadily as someone who knew exactly what he was doing. He tested the door and helped us connect to the door opener on the mobile app. Russell is an expert. This was one of our best service experiences!

With the second text, I was provided not only the name of the tech, but also his name, a tracker so I could see how far away he was, and his photo so there were absolutely no surprises. Back to service, Matthew Murphy was incredible. Professional, but so friendly and affable. Would recommend him 100% with no reservations!
