In late September, a leak was identified in the water main supplying the residence. Deep Dive Plumbing was contracted to repair the leak. Despite assurances that the damage would be minimal, the repair team left the yard in poor condition. Additionally, they pledged to follow up on the filling of the holes to ensure proper settlement; however, they failed to return within the agreed two-week timeframe. Communication between the plumber and their supervisors was ineffective, resulting in difficulties with scheduling and coordination. Following recent heavy rainfall, several small sinkholes have formed in areas that were not properly filled. Based on this experience, I do not recommend Deep Dive Plumbing to others.

Deep Dive plumbing came in & saved the day! After struggling with plumbing issues around my home for months, I finally found a plumbing company who outshined any other. I was treated with respect by my technician Jeremy. I had all of my questions answered. I will highly recommend them to all of my family and friends if you want a reliable honest company call Deep Dive Plumbing.

We had a kitchen sink and faucet replaced as well as a pressure regulator valve. To the extent that I can tell, the plumbing work was solid, but there was some damage done to your counter tops from removing the old sink (not mentioned by the person providing the service) and they left a mess of plastic, caulk, and a standing puddle of water in the cabinetry under the sink and water on the walls and muddy mess on the floor of the basement where the regulator had been replaced. I don't have a lot of experience with plumbers, but for the price of service I did not expect to have to clean up their mess.

I hired Richard’s team over at Deep Dive Plumbing and WOW! From start to finish, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any contractor. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and they showed up exactly when they said they would—which honestly already puts them ahead of most companies. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually explain what was going on instead of rushing through the job or trying to confuse me. You could tell right away that he knew his trade and genuinely cared about doing the job correctly, not just getting in and out. He walked me through the issues, showed me what needed to be fixed and addressed and explained the options without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and cleanliness. They treated my home with respect, worked carefully, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. That kind of professionalism makes a huge difference and shows pride in their work. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges at the end. Everything was explained upfront, and the final bill matched exactly what we discussed. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and integrity as much as quality workmanship. Overall, Deep Dive Plumbing exceeded my expectations in every way. Reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair—these are the kinds of people you want working in your home. I will absolutely be using them again for any future plumbing needs and won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a plumbing company they can truly trust. Thanks again Richard and Co.!

A technician came out to our house last week to fix our water heater as it would intermittently drop temperature. Yesterday we noticed the same issue happening again. We called them and they took a look today. They said the best they could do was call the installation company to walk them through the issue and charge us for having to make that call, or run a diagnostics themselves and charge us for it. No responsibility was taken for not addressing the issue in the first place. They are not customer service forward.
