The office manager Madison is the most thorough company rep I’ve had the pleasure of being in good hands knowing she ensured no delays in messages or arrival times.   This service was wonderful! Deep Dive's technician came within the time frame promised and was extremely personable and professional. We are on a well and he had to install a filter because we had too much debris coming through the pipes. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had easily. I would 100% recommend Deep Dive to anyone and specially give a shout out to Eric who was fantastic!

  Experience was great. Eric was friendly experienced and thorough. He knew what he was doing and took care of broken stand pipe in barn immediately. It was a really messy job that he handled easily. He explained what he was doing clearly and concisely. Communication with office was great. They responded quickly and had problem fixed by that afternoon. Will definitely recommend.

  We had a fantastic experience with Eric Locklear of Deep Dive Plumbing + Drain LLC. We purchased a Woodbridge smart toilet and were in the middle of installing it ourselves, but I really wanted to use the filtered angle stop valve that came with the unit. Eric immediately identified a potential issue with easy access to the valve—something we hadn’t fully considered—and instead of brushing it off, he thoughtfully problem-solved and made it work beautifully. He was knowledgeable, precise, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way, not just the easy way. What could have been a frustrating hiccup turned into a smooth, professional solution thanks to his expertise. If you want a plumber who pays attention to details and ensures everything functions properly and conveniently long-term, Eric is your guy. Highly recommend.

  I had a several leaks from different parts of my home. Toilets, showers, sinks, etc. That a long with the age of my home spelled an immediate disaster when the pressure release valve from the main line was found to be bad. I had water coming down my ceilings to the first floor. Austin from Deep Dive came and took the time to explain to me the process and options after looking up into the ceiling.....NOTE: Austin did something that NONE of the previous plumbers did when they gave me their quotes--he told me he needed to open the ceiling to 'lay eyes' on the problem BEFORE giving me quotes/options (diagnostics, repair vs replace, finance vs cash, etc.). There was no pressure tactics, double-talk or other sales shenanigans....like the others. Just straight-forward honesty. One plumber/quoter told me I had mold and would get sick within days if he didn't start working immediately. Austin looked into the ceiling and said there was no mold....and would not be--especially if the hole 'airs out' for a few prior to closing it up. The price quote was very fair, all-inclusive, and he completed ALL of the work same afternoon. I highly recommend Deep Dive Plumbing. Ask for Austin. He is extremely knowledgeable in his business, he is pleasant, patient when explaining EVERYTHING, and very conscientious about cleaning up AS HE WORKS. Do yourself a favor--CALL DEEP DIVE PLUMBING AND DRAIN. THEY WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU.
